If your modem is currently active with another provider, we will not be able to process the order until it becomes deactivated with your current provider.

Please provide us 3 different date & 3 different time slots for your installation. Please note that these are requested Installation dates by you and not confirmed dates.

We will try our best to secure one of your preferred Installation dates from our network provider. Once the installation date is finalized, we will email or call you this information.

Also, it can happen occasionally, that your preferred service is not available for your location. In that case, we will contact you to provide alternate options.

Please provide us the name and number of the person to be contacted for the installation

Someone over 18 will be present for installation.

Please note a service representative will do the installation.

You can come and pick up the modem during our office hours at Scarborough/Montreal location after 2 days of this order has been submitted.
